| MORE + In May 2015, Mr. Krishnan founded Magnifact, a company poised to serve innovate analytics solutions to the insurance industry. Before that, he served as President of DST IT Services, a role he held since 2005 offering professional services to clients domestically and internationally. Mr. Krishnan was responsible for setting up and creating its global sourcing program using a captive-center model across five locations including US, Thailand and India, with the objective of driving revenues through innovative solutions and differentiated service offerings. Prior to taking on this role, Mr. Krishnan served as Officer at DST Systems from 1999 until 2005. In this role he led innovative product initiatives across international offices and client locations. Earlier in his career he was Managing Consultant at the Chicago Stock Exchange, and CIO at DST Catalyst from 1994 until 1999, working out of several countries including Israel, South Africa, Thailand, Greece and Philippines forming and leading global teams for implementing large Financial Services projects. He also built his robust vendor systems expertise during his tenure at Digital Equipment Corporation, Data General, and Unisys Corporation working in close collaboration with several organizations including IBM and HP. Krish earned a bachelor's degree in Electronics from the Indian Institute of Technology in Bombay, and is also an alumnus of the Harvard Business School. When he isn't innovating more insurtech ideas, he is probably working on his next painting in his Chicago studio, or working on his next travel book.. |
BONNIE WASGATT Advisor, Insurance Industry Strategy Bonnie Wasgatt brings over 40 years of experience in the Life Insurance and Annuity product manufacturing and software development arenas. As an executive leader for both insurance carriers and software firms, Bonnie brings a unique mix of life insurance technology and operational execution experience. MORE + In her previous role, Bonnie was the CIO of Jackson National Life Insurance, and prior to that she was the President of Insurance Solutions at DST Systems. Through her various leadership roles at Swiss Re, Computer Sciences Corporation and other organizations, Bonnie has participated in numerous M + A deals representing both conversion, software development execution as well as carrier deal and purchase responsibilities. Bonnie was part of the management team that launched the first US Variable and Fixed Life and Annuity BPO services company with insurance firms. Her experience in new product launches for all lines of life insurance and annuity products as well as hands-on platform development and onboarding experience with all major software providers has been critical to all her recent organizational and digital transformation successes. |
ERIC REA Advisor, Business Development Eric has over 40 years of a proven track record as a results-oriented leader with extensive experience in creating value for businesses and their customers for start-up firms and established organizations. MORE + As an EVP of Business Development at iPipeline, he achieved aggressive growth goals and scaling operations and technology in the Insurance and Financial Services sector. Before joining iPipeline, Eric developed an impressive reputation as Vice President of Keane Consulting Group. There, Eric lead an innovative Policy Administration System roadmap and execution for a client that achieved transformational outcomes including dramatically improving productivity and customer service. The success of this project resulted in the creation of a spinoff technology services and outsourcing firm dedicated to PAS services. At this newly-developed organization, SE2, Eric took on the role of President, growing the firm to $160 million in annual revenue during his ten years of leadership. SE2 implemented groundbreaking technology solutions for life and annuity clients such as MassMutual, Global Atlantic, and Prudential. Eric is a graduate of Ursinus College, where he earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics.. |

MARK DALEY Advisor, Parternships and Alliances Mark Daley is a seasoned insurance industry veteran with over 40 years of executive leadership experience in the global information technology and consulting space. In his career, he has developed and operated several new business channels and ventures in North America. MORE + For the past three years, Mark has provided insurance consulting advice to several multinational services companies resulting in significant new business revenue. Mark has also held senior management roles in a variety of insurance organizations including as CRO of InsPro Technologies, VP IGATE’s Global BFSI Alliance Program, led business strategy for Milliman Step Solutions and EVP/COO of MIB’s e-Nable Corporation, an innovative approach to insurance new business acquisition/underwriting. Prior to that, he owned and operated an Independent Marketing Organization, SecurAlliance that sold annuities through a network of banking institutions including the Independent Bankers and Connecticut Bankers Associations. Earlier in his career, Mark spent the first 15 years in the capital markets placing tax-related transactions for mid-size corporations for a subsidiary of Allied Chemical. Mark holds an BA (Economics/Political Science) from Franklin & Marshall College. He shares his Connecticut home with his wife, Lisa, and two Labrador Retrievers. |
